It was a nice, welcoming reception. We were received at the airport, the staff was very friendly and the hotel car was most comfortable. At the hotel we were warmly received and it was very thoughtful that registration was done in the room. We were impressed by the efficiency of the staff when we last minutes upgrade to Bayu room and they arranged everything so quickly. On departure day it was most kind that it was arranged for a late check out

The room is spacious and comfortable. Your Housekeeping team is excellent. Mdm. Syufiza, other than did a great job tidying the room, took extra initiative to help lay out daughter creams, milk bottles etc.

For all our meals, especially at the swimming pool, Saffron, the Rhu, The Reading Room, all staff were friendly and attentive.

I must mention that Zuraidah, her English was very good and she understood the languages which although others speak English but they did not always understand what we were saying back to them. The other individual who stood out was Srigede. Again you could have a conversation with him as he also understood the English Language.

No problems – collected from airport smoothly. Appreciated in room check in.
Accommodation
Very spacious, beautiful sea view. Most comfortable bed. Plenty of towels and toiletries available, lovely shower bath.
F & B
Ate at all restaurants, food good. Best food at the Rhu.
Staff
Most helpful pleasant, smiling. Could not have done more to help.
Other
Looked at all major hotels on Island, In our opinion this is best hotel, best setting, lovely grounds.
