We were greeted at the airport promptly upon arrival. On departure, being allowed to keep our room past the check-out hour at noon was a great service
and of great convenience.
Accommodation
The accommodations were great. The Damai room was spacious and the amenities provided did not overlook any detail. Housekeeping kept our room clear and amenities well stocked!
F&B
The food options are nice and varied. We appreciated the options of eating at restaurants or pool/beachside. We also enjoyed the personal BBQ on the
beach very much! Finally, the Asian food at the Sands was authentic and delicious.
Recreation
We really only used the pool and beach space, which were lovely, but it was nice to have the other activities available to the guests.
Spa
We visited the Spa for treatment on two occasions and were very pleased. We also used the health club every morning during our stay and found that the
equipment could stand to be upgraded or serviced.
Staff
The staff was remarkably attentive, friendly and helpful. The level of service at the Tanjung Rhu is excellent and we greatly appreciated it!
Other
We had a great time and are sad to be leaving!
