It was our second time in the resort. Pick-up from Langkawi airport has been done in time: friendly and knowledgeable driver who made the ½ hour journey pleasant. Rooms as ever spacious with finer touches. Standard of food maintained and impressive as ever. Daily program of recreational activities have something for everyone. We were enjoying kayaking. Mother enjoyed the yoga classes. Staff makes all the difference to the stay: disciplined, knowledgeable and friendly staff who remembered us from the previous visit. Ms. Lynette Teo Our check-in and check-out were done very well. We were satisfied with the accommodation and our room. We liked breakfast buffet very much. It was a good idea – highlights of recreational activities everyday. Spa was good: the variety of menu was good and my friends also liked it very much. And thank to all staff, we had a great wedding ceremony. Mr. Keiji & Mrs. Kimiko Nakamura Arrival was well organized – nothing left to change. Paperwork in room on arrival reassuring, especially in hot climate. Accommodations were appointed and practical. Fruits and chocolates enjoyed, staff was friendly and helpful. All food facilities used and rated high amongst all the hotels visited since 14 January on this tour of California, Fiji, New Zealand, Australia, and Malaysia. Massage, hairdressing and beauty salon + staff in spa were excellent. All the staff was always very pleasant, cheerful and helpful. Their calm and professionalism made for a relaxed happy and memorable stay. Mr. Wooldridge It was efficient pick up service at airport and appreciated check-in in the room. Our room was spacious and comfortable with nice aircon. Housekeeping and maid service was excellent. Good choice of food menu, particularly enjoyed Rhu and Sands restaurants. We found all staff to be polite and very helpful. Mr. J. Donleavy + Mrs. L. Mews Arrival was very nice. In room check-in is definite plus. Room was wonderful and beautiful. Food was absolutely excellent, the best I have ever had, especially Rhu. Staffs were faultless; they are what have made our stay. We’ll definitely come back again. Mrs. Kibblewhite Even thought we arrived late night, the staff who took us to the room made us feel relieved. All staffs at lobby were perfect. The room is big enough. We really enjoyed our stay. I liked the shower room and bathtub. We used most of restaurants. Especially I liked outside table at Saffron restaurant. I never forget the beautiful sunset. The ladies at Saffron were friendly and cute, I liked them. The curry in Sands was delicious. We participated in garden tour, biking to the waterfall and Night Market. Mr. Zohir and Mr. Saleh were great. I didn’t have enough of energy for biking to waterfall, but I really enjoyed basin of waterfall. All staffs were polite, friendly and have a smile. Thank you very much. I really impressed with high quality of security. And I think all inclusive package is a very good idea. We didn’t need to carry cash; we would like to book all inclusive package next time as well. Mr. Tokuhiko & Mrs. Keiko Nomura Arrival and departure were easy, friendly and efficient. Upon arrival staff explained nicely about room, features and resort layout. Accommodations were comfortable and clean. Good food and range of food in restaurants. Reading room is great! We mainly used pools and beach – all are very good. All staff was very friendly , helpful and thoughtful. Mr. and Mrs. Martin Accommodation was nice – large and clean room with good design. All food was definitely excellent with nice presentation. Recreational activities are nice; two tips – Mangrove kayak adventure and Cave exploration are wonderful with a very good guide. Gardens and swimming pools are nice. All staff is very efficient and kind. I was appreciated to keep the room till my late departure in the afternoon. Philis Emmanuel Everything was handled very well, accommodations were very pleased. Food was nice - Saffron and Rhu were our favorite restaurants. Staff is outstanding. Excellent! All are very friendly and proud of Tanjung Rhu. Mr. + Mrs. M. Janes Arrival was very good – no waiting and all explained to us very well. Accommodations are excellent – best we have ever stayed in. Food are all of a very high standard. Spa and recreational activities are very good. All staff was delightful, cheerful, friendly, polite and very helpful. Mr. Eliot Arrival was very nice, accommodations are very good. Food in restaurants are excellent. Spa was very nice and relaxing. Staff in all resort is excellent! Mr. Martin and Mrs. Monika Plechaty It was done smoothly without any inconvenience. Room was comfortable and easy to use. Especially, since we have a child, having a DVD player in the room was very good and we were very happy with it. We had in-room dining for dinner; tastes and timing for serving food to the room were perfect. We found that in-room dining menu to be satisfactory and it was much appreciated since we have a child, we don’t need to care about others. The beach was fabulous! We also liked playroom located above Saffron. All staff was very friendly and they really answered our requests very well. Thank you very much to all! Friend of mine recommended this resort, so we chose this resort. We are very satisfied with all facilities and your service and also we are sure to come back again soon. Fantastic service from staff in restaurants and delicious food – we wanted to eat everything on the menu! We enjoyed activities – sailing was a great fun. It was good service in the spa; treatments were very relaxing. Staff was polite all times, and a smile + greeting from everyone we passed – outstanding. Good choice and variety and very high quality of food. Easy to book and always got our choice of time. BBQ on the beach was another perfect meal. Recreational activities were good: we hired a car, had a mangrove tour and snorkeling all around. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The resort shows that thought has gone into the every need of the guests. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We’ll definitely recommend it to other people. Relaxed private coach from airport to the resort was great. Check-in and check-out were pleasant, even thought we arrived two hours before we expected. Accommodations were perfect! Quality of food was a high standard. Very luxurious dining experience in the Rhu restaurant. All recreational activities were very well organized. We would like to thank the entire staff for making our stay extra pleasant! We would highly recommend the Tanjung Rhu Resort to everybody visiting Langkawi.
