1) Good People at the airport were very helpful and patient. Accommodation was good. F & B staffs were nice and helpful. Restaurants was of high quality regarding food and ambience. Tried all of them. Appreciated the facts about the recreational activities. The Spa was a beautiful experience. All Tanjung Rhu staff was wonderful. Mr. Asma Nakhuda 2) We were very impressed at the airport with the reception we got on arrival. Rooms were cool and comfortable. The spread of Food was delicious and had variety. Staff were friendly and hospitable. We were impressed wit wide range of facilities for young and Old. Mr. Kevin Kwek and Petrina Chan 3) Very well arranged and received at the airport and Resort. An accommodation was well – kept and satisfactory. Friendly and well- trained staff, especially at the Saffron Mr.Wong Chin Yong 4) Excellent room with a superb view. We were served food promptly al all times. The staffs were polite, friendly and made us feel welcomed. The Mangrove tour was amazing. We loved it. The guide was knowledgeable and helpful. A fabulous holiday, wished we could have stayed longer. Mr & Mrs A. Porser 5) The arrival was kindly and good. We enjoyed our stay in the room and the housekeeping was good and we liked the room-services. All the restaurants were lovely. Did the Aromatherapy and liked it. The service was good. De Ruyter –van Leeuwen 6) Good reception AND Informative. Rooms could not better. The F & B was outstanding, especially Saffron. We played Volleyball every day. The Spa & gym were alright. The staff always greeted us with a smile. Q. Salakdry 7) Pleasant arrival. The staffs were welcoming and informative. Room was of high standard. Excellent service and food. I would recommend the Spa to everybody. Among the most friendly and helpful staff I have seen. Tomas O Duinn 8) Pleasant Booking – in procedureand a personal touch in the room. Ate at all the restaurants and their was excellent food. Service was friendly. Enjoyed the Water sports.Massage was a treat. Dr & Mrs Pschia 9) Smooth and pleasant check – in . Concierge and staff were very helpful. Beautifulrooms. The Reading had a lovely atmosphere. Food was outstanding and quality at the variousoutlets was superb. Good. Useful to be given the details of events the day before the recreational activities. The guide was knowledgeable on the Mangrove tour. Spa was very pleasant and peaceful. The best massage we ever had. Staff here was wonderful. Courtesy and kindliness, we will remember especially Epris, Wani, Ipa and Sandy. Mr. & Mrs Lehner 10) On arrival, Mr. Franceis welcomed in a very nice way. Within minutes we get the room and it was upgraded immediately. The resort management should commanded. Accommodation was better then what I expected. As Arabs, we expectedto get Arabic food at the Resort. However the chef and staff were very accommodating. Very pleasant staff, We were greeted with smiles all the time. Mr. Ahmad Al-Haddad 11) Arrival- Excellent. Room. Excellent services. Lovely staff. Recreational activities and Spa, Good choice the Sailboats and Archery was good. Friendly staff. Mr. Andrew Chalkey 12) Arrival was Very well organised. Room was Beautiful. Good food and service. Spa was heavenly. Staffs were just wonderful. Grant & Maree James 13) Welcome good, Driver Prompt at airport, briefing us was good. Cold towels appreciated. Room were excellent, spacious, clean and comfortable. Good recreation and actives but did not use mush of it. Extremely courteous staff. Will recommend this Resort to family and friends and will certainly endeavour to come again and room-service was prompt. Mr & Mrs Keay 14) Smooth and efficient, appreciate the check – in. Rooms were comfortable, everything in good order. Nice variety of food, fresh. Service was efficient. Room-service was prompt. Spa is first class with a wide range of treatment to choose. Excellent food. Friendly and helpful attitude of staff help to make it a lovely stay. David Fridman 15) Punctual and kind. Comfortable room with full privacy. Good food but would have a simple menu. Appreciate the activities. Staff were very helpful and professional. Mrs Yoon-Beom Paik 16) The Checking –in an out was very professionally handled. Excellent accommodation. The recreation and activities were well controlled. Excellent food preparation and presentation, a delightful experience. Recreation was well catered for. Staff were always there to help in whatever way they could. Thanks to Zainudin Daud Mr & Mrs Hawksworth 17) Check in was efficient and charming. Room were for high standard. Excellent food. 3 very good and different swimming pools. Staff always polite and smiling. Will tell our friends. Mr. & Mrs Jordan 18) Excellent, spacious car Service. Room were O.K. Delicious and variety of food. Friendly staff. Wind Sailing, Hydro bike and cannoning was fun and good. Mr Rishi Shah 19) Check in / check out was great and informative. Fabulous rooms, posh and relaxing. Food was diclinous. Recreation was fun. The Spa was relaxing. Staff were friendly. The staff responded to us nicely. Room Mr. & Mrs. Sly 20) Staff was very welcoming and explained everything well. Nice spacious Room. Fantastic variety of options for food. Probably this is what we liked most about the Resort. We loved being able to use the Gym. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, particularly the ladies at the Sands restaurant. Rohan Best
