Hotel pick-up from airport was good, check-in process was done very promptly, the resort provided excellent services. Food & beverage outlets was outstanding, All the restaurants have high standards and good quality of food selections in the menu. All staffs were all well trained and courteous. What makes a difference to a great holiday at Tanjung Rhu is the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, very courteous and developing an easy rapport with all guests, they have made a huge difference to our holiday in Langkawi.
Our arrival was very smooth and efficient and our room was very beautiful, spacious and very clean, no problem at all. The food in all the restaurant outlets was fantastic. The Spa treatment was great, the best I have ever had. Every member of the staff there were excellent, perfect in every way. Just keep everything as it is and this will be the place we will come back to.
Our room was unbelievably amazing, incredibly huge and modern, best room I’ve ever stayed in. We had a wonderful vacation, we went for bike riding and it was great. We also had a great time at the Spa, we felt very rejuvenate and relaxed. Everyone there was warm, friendly and polite. They seem to know us by name and it made us feel very special and welcome. We will definitely be back here again.
The pick-up staff was wonderful and very professional, I was truly impressed. The room was great, very spacious and the housekeeping there is excellent. Fantastic food in all 3 restaurants, excellent staff and great ambience. The activities there are great, superb facilities all around and very well maintained. All the staff there were excellent, every single one of them. Your staff attention to detail and the facilities at the resort made Tanjung Rhu stand head and shoulders above other resorts in Langkawi and worldwide.
Our room was great and the all the restaurant outlets at the resort was good. The recreational activities were great, varieties to choose from, my friend and I had a great time playing golf, fishing and sailing. The staffs there were always helpful, very friendly, courteous and professional. We would definitely love to come back here again.

The food at all the restaurant outlets was great, plenty of choice to choose from, Saffron Restaurant was our favorite, great services and atmosphere. All the staffs there were excellent, a very high standard of service and friendliness, they were always very helpful. We would definitely be back here again.
Excellent timely service with a wonderful welcome, (including congratulation cake for our honeymoon), the room was lovely, very spacious with great views from the balcony. The food there was outstanding, beautiful restaurants atmosphere, great services and excellent quality range of menu. The activities was fantastic, we had a great afternoon canoeing. All the staff there was extremely friendly and professional with no exceptions noted. Thank you for making our honeymoon a special one.
Our arrival here was on time and very pleasant, the staffs who checked us in were very efficient and helpful. Our accommodation was very nice and the housekeeping there was excellent. All the food and beverage outlets were great, excellent service at all restaurants, we really had a great time and enjoyed the Beach BBQ, and the chef there was friendly and very attentive. The staffs there were all very friendly and helpful; in particular the staffs at the restaurants, pools side, housekeeping and room service, everyone of them, very helpful and eager to please.
The Japanese staff was very kind and easy to understand. We were very happy with our room, there was always fruit, postcards and chocolates delivered to our room. The breakfast and meals at Rhu and Saffron were outstanding. All the people there was very nice and friendly, we felt very special and comfortable.
Our arrival was very smooth and relaxed, excellent hospitality service. Our room was beautiful, well designed, simple yet stylish. Good selection of food in all the restaurant outlets. We had a wonderful time at the Spa, wonderful surroundings and great treatments, a real luxury. All the staffs at the resort were extremely friendly, from the gardener right up to the managers, they were all very polite and helpful.
Our check in was very efficient and welcoming, very professional. We were very satisfied with the room, well maintained throughout our stay. Excellent selection of food in all the restaurant outlets. All the activities are well organized; we had fun with the fishing trip, Catamaran and an enjoyable time on a canoe. We are very satisfied with the treatment and services we receive from all the staff at the resort; they were all very friendly and professional. We will be back for sure.
Very welcoming and friendly, it was refreshing to be welcomed after a long journey. The room was excellent, first class and housekeeping was exceptionally good. Outstanding food at all the snack bars and restaurants. I had a nice rejuvenating and relaxing time at the Spa, it was the best I have ever had. I will definitely be back here again.
Very nice room with everything we needed and great room service. We were very satisfied with all the selection of food in all three restaurant outlets, great live band music and excellent services. We had a lot fun activities at the resort, we went for eagle feeding, fish feeding, mangrove tour and took a tour to Datai Island. We also had a nice relaxing time at the Spa and it was very well met. All the staff there are very friendly and helpful, we are very happy and well satisfied about our stay here at the resort and we will definitely recommend this resort to our friends.
Very personalized check in and orientation from Mr. Francis, he was impeccable, professional, friendly and warm. A great first impression, the room was lovely, very spacious and comfortable. Great variety of food and lovely atmosphere in all the restaurant outlets, our favorite was the Rhu and Sands Restaurant, the service was outstanding and the food was great. We had a nice relaxing and tranquil afternoon at the Spa. The staffs there is what made Tanjung Rhu very special; very friendly, professional and so accommodating. We made friends with many who we will miss.
