An accommodation was lovely, great service and very good food in the restaurants. Spa was very nice and all the staff was very friendly and obliging. We've enjoyed the wind-surfing lessons and wonderful beach! Extra-touches, i.e. the cake congratulating us on our recent marriage and chocolates each night were greatly appreciated. Mr. & Mrs. Bird It was our third visit to Tanjung Rhu with warm welcome as usual, fantastic food, always ready to provide what you desire, lovely spa and incredible staff, that is the main reason for repeated visits to the Rhu. A place so far away from routine… The staff was very kind, food great, views – one of the loveliest we have ever seen. Mr. and Mrs. Lorrain Kressmann I have stayed in Bayu Suria room, which was wonderful, light and with great views. Arrival as well as departure was very professional, helpful and on time! Rhu Restaurant and Saffron are exceptional – great food and staff. In-room dining was a good option when we wanted to relax in the room. All the staff was very friendly and courteous, always say hello with a smile. We went on the Sunset cruise, which was fun and in Kuah Town was a lot of nice shops. There was a great experience in the Spa. We enjoyed it very much – very relaxing – and received a great Malay massage and reflexology. Ms. Hendrickse In Japan we wanted to book Cahaya room, but it had already full booked, so we stayed at Damai room. However, the room was very spacious and nice that we expected, so we could have relax time. We were really happy to extend our stay. We used for breakfast only Sands Restaurant, but there were so many choices, so we had very nice breakfast. This was the 3 rd time to visit in Langkawi, but the Rhu Restaurant is the best! Every morning we used swimming pools. The water kept cleaning so we felt very comfortable. I the Spa we had foot massage and massage for full body of aromatherapy with very nice smell of aroma in the private room. The staff was nice – every time we passé by, every one of them greeted us with smiles. It was very comfortable. We would like to come here again. It was great memory for our honeymoon! Accommodation was amazing – in one word it was “ Paradise ”! It was amazing experience with your professional massage. It was out of this world. I have not experienced anything like this before, well done! Five stars! And staff is very friendly and makes you feel part of the family, very respectful with good attitude. I am really lost words of how beautiful Tanjung Rhu is. I will definitely visit you again and will recommend the Resort to my friends and my family. We had great room with a wonderful view. Surrounding areas of the hotel were very well presented. All restaurants were excellent. The Rhu was exceptional and the staff was brilliant. All the staff in the Resort was friendly and helpful, especially Honey, Riara and Nickolas! It was plenty of variety available of recreational activities for those that wanted. We had a very spacious and beautiful room with wonderful view from balcony. We loved the artisan hut – batik painting, wood carving. The water sport centre was excellent. And also we had wonderful experience in the Spa. It was great music in the evenings by reading room and sands pool. Concierge was excellent to helping us to book trips. We can't praise the staff enough for their warmth and friendliness, their courtesy. They went out of their way – extreme effort to make our stay comfortable. Faultless! It was fully superb and memorable stay. We would definitely come back again and again. Ann & Stephen Sun We were very friendly met by the chauffeur. Excellent service. The check-in at the room was perfect; more hotels should follow this example. The room was very lovely – with nice view, much space and really clean. There were very nice food and very friendly and skilled staff in all restaurants. We had Mangrove Adventure with Zorah, which was a real favorite. We got to know so much. He shares us his knowledge in a very interesting way. The garden walk was also very interesting. Spa was wonderful with peaceful environment and nice treatments. Everybody of all staff is so friendly and nice. Very skilled. Everything was perfect. Not a single thing to complain about. We left really very relaxed and happy. Great standard of the rooms, décor and presentation upon arrival through the stay. Good variety and choice of food. Private BBQ on beach was fantastic. A very special occasion!! A big thanks to all involved in the surprise BBQ proposal! Our favorite recreation was admiring the fantastic view while relaxing on the beach. The spa was excellent. Heaven! Anna Ling was a fantastic BBQ chief and hostess. She is so cheerful and lovely to be around. Thank you, Anna! The Gym was great and the Spa has absolutely 100 %!
