Excellent arrival. Feel at home immediately. Accommodation good. F & B outlets excellent. Very nice massages and friendly therapists from spa. Everybody was extremely friendly and illing to serve. We love all these people who served us. Waitress Kristina is a top class quality. Mik Well received! Transportation arrangement excellent. Accomodation, first class. Excellent view. Rooms are very clean and fully equipped with all necessities, toiletries, espresso machine. Food, excellent! Good food and personalized. We had food cooked to our liking. Mangrove adventure was excellent. Well organized and Zoher (guide) is very knowledgeable and fun to be with. Great layout and the atmosphere was so relaxing. Me and my wife enjoyed the massage. Roelands Pleasantly surprised that the General Manager greeted us on our arrival. Also, a good experience to check-in actually in our room. Accommodation, excellent, spacious, well maintained and clean. Good choice, variation of food available in my opinion caters to all tastes. We ate at all venues. Food was good. Right quantity and well presented. Chargeable activities we booked – Cycle to falls and Mangrove Adventure were excellent. Great staff guides. Also Kayak was good. We thoroughly enjoyed our spa visits. Staff, we would give them 10 out of 10. if there was 11 then 11. Charming, friendly, helpful. Made us feel at home. A truly enjoyable experience. Also, pretty impressed that Nigel is very visible during our stay. Used sunset bar most during the day and nothing was too much trouble. Also, staff at Saffron- Raylyn, Coney were excellent. Comfortable, very clean, well serviced and dedicated team! The Christmas Eve celebration was FANTASTIC. The food was awesome. We have enjoyed every meal experience, from breakfast to supper. Each outlet is experty manged by dedicated leaders. Recreational activites varied and enjoyed. Salleh is a truly personable young man who inspires people to become involved and likewise, all at water sport too. Spa, Leela’s healing hands were greatly enjoyed by Susan. Thank you! Christmas Day Present of full body massage is EXCELLENT. Most courteous and friendly staff. Including gardeners, Security and housekeeping. They are a credit to the resort. Taken to room and given a full brief. Excellent views from balcony. Very private. Everything you need is here. Very clean and well looked after by friendly hardworking staff. Breakfast at Sands – excellent. Snacks at both pools – excellent. Have taken part in trips led by Zoher who is and excellent ambassador for the hotel. Very knowledgeable and cares about giving a good service. Very good and relaxing atmosphere. Massages excellent. Leela excellent sport massage. Every member of staff have provided a service that is a credit to the hotel. Tony & Sue Perkins We found the facilities and accommodation excellent and thoroughly enjoyed our views from the balconies of our rooms which were very clean and well appointed. It was extremely nice to have three restaurants to choose from for our evening meal and also to have the two poolside snack bars for daytime use. It is difficult to name a favourite but think sitting in the evening outside the saffron just seemed perfect. Although I did not personally use the spa I heard from other guests how excellent it was. The reception we received when we arrived, during our stay, and leaving was very good, all staff were extremely polite and very helpful with anything we needed. We did three trips out, mangrove adventure, Kuah night market and cycling to the waterfall, all very well arranged with a lot of explanation as we went along. Jane Parker We have small children. So, check-in in the room was very helpful. Check out was done smoothly as well. We were so impressed by spacious and clean room. We were very satisfied. All food was very nice. It’s also one of the reason why we would like to come here again. Reading room was very comfortable. We were impressed that they were very friendly as well as polite. Also, when our 2 year old daughter was nearly drowned at sands Pool, one of the staffs dived into the pool without hesitation. Thank you very much. Our older daughter saw him and said “I want to be like him in the future”. We would like you to tell him again our thanks. On departure, our room was extended as our flight was late. Staff very friendly – excellent. We thought the massage treatment was of a high standard. All staff in the hotel are very polite, helpful welcoming and accommodating starting from management to the lowest rank. Our main experience was the hospitality that was extended to us. H & L Mohammed Even though we were late, our pick-up was waiting for us which was great. The Rhu restaurant was a great experience. Staff, very pleasant and always very couteous. Barbara Danis Very welcoming arrival. Room was ready at mid day and we were shown everything in the room. We were allowed to stay in the room until 6p.m – very much appreciated. Accommodation, Everything very high standard and maintained very well. All outlets wonderful. Lots of choice. Very good staff and it was nice to talk to them all.
