The room was fantastic, both décor and furnishings and everything worked.

The food has been stunning. The ‘Rhu” has been our favourite.

I cannot fault the facilities and I got the best windsurfing lesson ever.

Pick up from airport was efficient and check in was very smooth.

Excellent room, when key did not work, it was resolved very quickly. Same with our safe. Gave feedback at management drinks re: mosquitoes in room and straight away we had mosquito repellent added.
F&B
Really enjoyed all of the food and very special experiences dining on the beach and steamboat by the pool. Good quality food and a good choice.
Recreation
We enjoyed all the activities, especially the Mangrove Adventure with Zoher. All activities matched the calmness of the Resort, for example carving at the Artisan Hut, Sailing etc. Timetables in the room are a great idea.
Spa
Good that we had a double Spa room so that we could enjoy the massage together. Staff, particularly friendly and showing us all of the facilities.
Staff
We are thoroughly impressed by your staff, all have been consistently friendly and knowledgeable. It’s such a good sign to see people working for many years at the Resort, so really keep up the excellent work.

Initially the room provided to us was not as agreed. However, within 45 minutes the staff provided us an alternative attentive, which we were very happy with.

Good quality of food and well presented. Broad selection offered. Attentive and friendly staff.

Good pool especially the adults only pool. Gym facilities are adequate and nicely compliments the Spa.

Well organized and good facilities. We enjoyed the Rhu Recovery but did not find time for more!

Arrival was very smooth and well organized. We were greeted by name and were expected, which was a very personal touch. We liked the in room check in & orientation. We were allowed a late check out and again great service.
Accommodation
The room was clean and comfortable. It was very functional and everything provided for in terms of bedroom furnishings the resort with benefit. Planned for upgrade but this didn’t detract from our stay in anyway.
F&B
We really liked the choice of Restaurants and especially found the Rhu and Saffron excellent. We liked the variety and its all being part of our all inclusive package without extra charges or hidden costs for going somewhere different each night.
Recreation
The pools were great – excellent site, very warm, lovely views and surroundings. The Mangrove tour was informative and well worth the time and money, lots to see and great guide.
Spa
I had a massage, reflexology and foot pampering – just lovely. Very professional and I was treated very well. So nice to get the complimentary tea and juices. I was greeted to personally and the Spa setting is beautiful.
Staff
Fantastic all round! We have been impressed by all the staff that are always nice, always there to help and friendly. They really made the stay special and relaxing.

At first we were met by a very welcoming driver at Langkawi Airport. Thereafter we got informative introduction in our room.

We had splendid culinary experience here at Tanjung Rhu. Restaurants were amazing with wonderful dining and nice servants.

The swimming pools looked fantastic and they were very clean. Taking the tropical climate in consideration you have literally created a paradise.

Amazingly kind and nice, always saying “Good Morning”. They recommended and suggested dishes and drinks. The staff are so kind.
