Hotel shuttle was convenient and our room was very comfortable and quite. It was very nice at the Rhu Restaurant. And other restaurants such as Saffron and Sands were also very good. The taste of food is the best. We tried kayak tour – it was very fun. All other activities I will try next time. And the reading room was a very good place to take a rest. Everything was explained in very good detail, so we were aware of the service available to us. Accommodations were fabulous, the best we have experienced in the world. Service and choice of food is excellence. The staff couldn't be more friendly and attentive. Activities are very good. We used the cycles, they were in good order. The Gymnasium was much appreciative and the equipment very modern and up to date. I don't believe that the attention and friendliness of hotel staff could be improved on. They are all to be congratulated on their very fine standards. During our stay we didn't want to change a thing. We both hope to see you all again in the very near future. We were taken on a small tour on our way to room and our bags were brought straight to our room.In restaurants all the food was delicious, especially in Saffron, and Catherine is a wonderful waitress. And all staff was extremely friendly and catered to our every need. In the spa we thoroughly enjoyed our massages.We loved to stay here and will definitely be back. It was a perfect holiday. Chieko – our check-in agent – was wonderful. Accommodations also were fantastic – very spacious room, lovely furnishing, with great facilities, lovely shower, very comfortable bed and the linen is sensational. All facilities were very modern. The quality of food is amazing. We've enjoyed every meal thoroughly. And of course the setting and location of the outlets is second to none. Recreational facilities were very good. We used kayaks, and also made use of game room. It is great that there are no motorized water sports, to help keep tranquility of the resort. The staffs are amazing! Wow! We have never received better service. Their friendliness is outstanding. They have all made us feel so special. Their name recollection is amazing, calling us by name all the time. Amazing! Mrs. Lenc Michelsen and Mr. Peter Jans It was very good reception on arrival and fast check-in. On departure all arrangements were made to our full satisfaction. We had spacious, clean and very comfortable room, equipped with all necessary amenities – good stock of drinks in the mini-bar. The cuisine in all restaurants was tasty and refined! In all areas staff is efficient and friendly, and provide a first class service. We wish to mention in particular the housekeeper and reception: exceptional! And it was very helpful that you extended our check-out time. The room was nice, refreshing, very spacious and clean. It was good that there were two balconies. We enjoyed dining as we could enjoy the grate variety of the dishes. It was good that nice dishes with its volume were served by the pool. We joined sea kayak and the biking to the waterfall. Both were led by Mr. Fendy. He was very nice and entertaining us. We enjoyed from our hearts. Every staff responded to us with their nice smiles and we had refreshing feeling each time. This process made us feel friendlier towards the resort.c The room was spacious enough for 2 persons. Everything was in order. The layout to make the TV cabinet as a partition between lounge and the bedroom was interesting. Restaurants were nice. The atmosphere was open-air and relaxing.It was good that there were three pools. The birds came close to us. These surroundings of the nature made us feel relaxed and cozy. Spa also was very good. We relaxed totally.All the staff was friendly and had warm personality. Especially we thank Chieko and Hitomi. We strongly felt this resort offers the services in details. Friendly welcome and it was very nice to have check-in in our room. Room was excellent and cozy. We only ate at the Saffron and Sands and everything we ate and drunk was very tasty. We went on the Mangrove tour on a kayak. Tour guide was great and very friendly. We went to a fishing village too, and the guide there was very nice too. In the Spa massage was amazing! Very relaxing! Every single person in the resort was happy and friendly (I am not exaggerating!). I've never been in a hotel where everyone is so happy! I was 200% satisfied! Thank you very much! We were given until 6 p.m. on day of departure which was very helpful. Excellent quality of food and drinks in restaurants. Service was very friendly and prompt. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, each doing their job perfectly. This is without doubt the best beach-based resort we have stayed in with shred-free and spacious environments.
