Arrival - The arrival check-in in the room was very good after a long flight.
Accommodation - We had a Damai room facing the garden courtyard which we were very pleased with.
F&B - Enjoyed all the restaurants. The buffet in Sands could be better.
Spa - Very good.
Staff - They are all lovely, they make your stay very special. I cannot praise them enough!

Arrival - Very efficient and welcoming. Kelly was very helpful with departure details.
Accommodation - Very clean and well maintained on a daily basis.
F&B - Excellent food and service. The staff at all 3 restaurants were efficient and friendly.
Recreational - Had a great trip with Zoher to the western Mangroves. He is so informative and interesting. A real asset to the hotel.
Staff - We found all staff friendly and efficient. It was lovely that some remembered us from last year. It was good to be addressed by name.
Other - It is genuinely friendly and relaxed.

Accommodation - Our room was beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
F&B - We ate at Sands most of the time. Large variety of foods to choose from. One night we ate at Saffron and that was very nice too.

Accommodation - Very comfortable and spacious.
F&B - Fantastic, all food was beautifully presently and very enjoyable to eat.
Recreational - Lots to choose from. Enjoyed a sail on the yacht and enjoyed relaxing by the pool.
Spa - Very relaxing, had some wonderful treatments.

Staff - 10/10 all the staff at the resort were fantastic at all time. The sunset pool staff however stood above the resort. Very enjoyable.

Arrival - Excellent pick-up at Langkawi airport. Safe journey to hotel and water to drink on journey provided.
Accommodation - Perfect as always. Rooms are big, spacious and well equipped. Plenty of towels. Toiletries, tissue, etc. Much appreciated.
F&B - Same high standards maintained at all outlets. The Rhu is especially fine dining and the ambience is exceptional.
Recreational - Pools clean, beach tidy. Plenty of offer for those who wants to do things. Car hire from hotel, good option.
Staff - Staff are always pleasant, clean, courteous and go the extra mile to help with our every need. It is good to see that some staff have been here many years.
Other - We found the hotel excellent. The fact that this is our 9th visit speaks for itself. We particularly like the library / DVD facility and the string quartet playing most evenings.

Arrival - Pick-up service in airport is perfect. You feel taken care of right from the beginning.

Arrival - Very punctual, met at the ferry port, air conditioned transport was excellent. Driver very polite. Check-in procedure excellent.
Accommodation - Although we were expecting a sea view as stated on E-mail, the accommodation was excellent. Room service excellent.
F&B - Excellent selection. First class service, very good quality of food.
Recreational - The excursion we went on (mangrove tour) was very good and well presented. The surrounding gardens of the resort are well kept and beautiful.
Spa - Excellent service. Certainly felt very good after my first ever experience.
Staff - Your staff here are a credit to the hotel. To greet you by your name, is the only one of the small things that make us feel truly special.
Other - Our word of mouth plus our photos and video recording will be enough to get our family and friends asking us many questions.

Accommodation - When we just entered to the room, we were so impressed by the nice smell and comfortable music. We had our favorite CD, but at last we always listened to Ria Rhu CD in the room. Amenity was also good smell. We wanted to buy the CD and amenity.
F&B - It was good, we were satisfied. We like to drink alcohol. So we can’t eat too much, but we wanted to eat many kind of foods, so we ordered a lot, but left a lot. We felt very sorry.
Recreation - It was very good that there was highlight of activities on the bed everyday. We took part on Yoga session; we could relax very much with the voice of teacher and birds in the comfortable morning.
Spa - We took foot massage once. It was very nice. I could relax. If there is time, I would like my husband to take it, and I also would like to take other menu.
Staff - I felt they are trained very well. They are trying to improve the quality, and the smiles of the staff who are trying to enjoy us were really nice. They are professional. Even if they did some mistake, their nice smiles make us relax.
