Our arrival and check-in was done very smoothly. Accommodations were cozy and friendly. There is a good balance in your rooms, buildings and swimming pools – very “Zen”. The food is very good: we liked the place to sit on the Saffron terrace mostly. Resort Spa is good. We have been there last year and this year several times. This visit we didn't do any activities, since spent a lot of time with relaxing in the sun and drinking cocktails in the beach. Mr. Gw. Dwars Arrival was very friendly and check-in was very effective. All accommodations were superb! Food and beverage are fine, all the restaurants were great. And we really enjoyed all the time high level service provided by the staff. Best staff ever!! We'll definitely come back again. Mr. Jens Hallberry It was our 4 th visit to the resort. On arrival we were met with enthusiasm by smiling happy staff from the hotel. Rooms were fantastic – spacious and comfortable; cleaning staff was courteous all the time and the rooms were tidy all the holiday. Food was wonderful; the chiefs made a special effort to find were we were eating. In the Spa we had plenty of hot baths – very refreshing. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Food was simply outstanding, every one of the restaurants. There were superb facilities in the spa. We have met by friendly, cheerful and professional staff as always. What can we say about the staff? One of the reasons we have returned is because of their outstanding friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail. We have enjoyed our second trip so much, we will definitely be returning to this beautiful, tranquil resort. Good information provided about the resort. We loved the room – nice and spacious. Beautifully serviced each day. All the restaurants were lovely – set in lovely surroundings. The food was outstanding. We didn't partake in scheduled activities but timetable looked very good. We used the karaoke which was very nice. All the staff was fantastic – very attentive and very polite. The box of chocolates provided daily in the room was a nice touch. New Year Eve was fantastic. Thanks for a great stay! Accommodations were very comfortable: spacious and high standard rooms. Excellent food and choice of beverages. Staff is very professional and friendly. Mr. Ari and Mrs. Carita Hakkarainen John made our arrival very pleasant and he was extremely professional. Our room was very nice and the cleaning was very fine. Spa was very good! And very good food and nice selection of beverage. We would like to thank the staff at Saffron and the staff at the Sands pool bar. They have given us extremely good service (especially Sandy and Yanti). Mr. Lars Moerch and Ms. Tivla Winberg It was very nice personalized check-in in the room. Our room was big and comfortable, full of amenities. Food was very good and cocktails are perfect! Spa was really good with really good staff. A great moment of relaxation. Pools are beautiful. Food is excellent, loads of menu's to choose from. Poll's areas were beautiful, Spa was excellent, and we both enjoyed a 2 hours massage each. Food in the restaurants was always perfect. All the staff has superb attitude, smiling, nice and efficient. Well, they are so nice. I loved the mangrove Adventure tour. There we could rest after the journey with some cold drinks etc. It was really nice to receive a little gift (cheesecake) for our honeymoon. All accommodation was nice – big room and overall the big bed and bathroom! And housekeeping and room service were always satisfied. Thank you for the delicious praline and fruits! The restaurants were all great, especially the service at the pool and the beach during the day and the offer to take part at a special dinner at the beach! Also the “sea-shell” is a very nice little store. We did the Mangrove Tour and went for Trolling. Both activities were very great and an experience for us! Thank you for the wonderful nice guides. In the spa we had “couple-arrangement”; it takes about 3 hours. Wonderful and totally relaxing. Thanks for the free foot relaxing massage. And all the staff was always with a smile on their faces. We are also very grateful for the extended use of our room due to late departure. All accommodation was excellent: very spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. The food was excellent again! Everywhere we ate was provided a wide variety of food and tastes. The food and service were excellent. We were very lazy for recreational activities, but we loved the sunset pool. The mangrove tour and hiring the cabriolet were also very nice. Spa was thoroughly enjoyable, relaxing and professional. From restaurants right through to the gardens everyone has been absolutely charming, friendly and helpful. Made to feel special by everyone remembering our names. We would love to come here again. It is well appointed and enticing to rest. The restaurants are each unique and offer excellent dining experience. Excellent eco-friendly activities make for an enjoyable and fun day but also nice and quiet. Very high standards service in the spa: a wonderful choice of treatments and luxurious environment. All staff is very friendly with good communication and very helpful. Maria and Azril of Sands and housekeeping were both excellent and impressive. You made us feel so special and unique. Well explained and clear. Accommodations were excellent, amazing, beautiful, and outstanding, well we can go on and on, but no words can describe how amazing this place is, how comfortable and perfect it is. it was very good selection of food. We enjoyed the sea-food very much. In the spa we used only Jacuzzi, which was once again a unique experience in the amazing atmosphere. And this is something worth saying, I have never met such kind, polite, helpful, honest and friendly staff at any of the holidays we had throughout the world like the staff here. Hats off to you all! We enjoyed very pleasant surprises as chocolates every day, an invitation for head-massage, fruits on the beach and harmony of the nature and civilization. Recreational activities were various and on top level assistance. In restaurants was various and high quality food. Spa staff was very professional and thoughtful. Room was very clear and spacious. It was great. The food at Saffron was delicious. It was very attractive that we were under the all inclusive package so we didn't need to care about money. We had a relaxing time during our meal with beautiful view. We didn't use any recreational activity but we drop in the reading room. I think it is very nice facility. Live music was very wonderful. All the staff was nice. Every of them greeted us every time. When we were in trouble they spoke to us helped us a lot. I said it last year I'll say it again: this is the jewel in your crown – lots of resorts have nice breakfasts, restaurants and rooms but no resort has your staff!!
