Check in / check out Was good and informative. Our second time at this resort and wanting to come back again. It was like being in paradise. Enjoyed the spacious room and facilities. Excellent food, especially at saffron. The Crepes Suttees at the Rhu were the best I have had. The Spa was a pleasantly surprising experience. The treatments and massages were superb. The staff was courteous, helpful and friendly. One of the reasons our stay was exceptional. Syed Ali Zalar Check in / check out Very pleasant. The reservation staffs are also very friendly and work effectively. Stayed in Damai. It was roomy. The activity was good for toddlers. The children enjoyed themselves. Did not use it this time, but I have heard from families how good it is. May try it the next time I am here. My 7 year old son insist that he must see his friend Nicholas again. Rooms were luxurious, clean and spacious. Outstanding services, delicious food. Swimming pools were large. Spa is one of the best managed. An excellent welcome home away from home. Room was lovely, large, and clean with quality deco. All dishes were delicious. Absolutely great food, first class and well presented. Each restaurant was with its own style. The BBQ on the Beach was second to none. Plenty to do, So much to choose from in regards to recreation & activities. Zoher, our guide for the Mangrove adventure was excellent. Zoher is very Knowledgeable and helpful. The Spa was very beautiful and serene. Courteous staff & experience. The staff of the resort was friendly, polite and and created a warm atmosphere. Francis Nulud Check in / check out was good and was done smoothly. The Room was clean, specious and easy to to use. We noticed that there was no full length mirror. All dishes were nice, and there were many to choose from. We had a wonderful time as there were 3 pools. We also had a good relaxing time at the Spa. The staff was polite and greeted us each time we passed them. Their smiling faces were nice and impressive. We thought it would be good if there was a guide book of the resort's facilities indicating the outlet and its operating hours. Mr. Eiji & Mrs. Yuko Ojima Check in , when we were met at the Airport, it was with great respect & we were delighted with the driver. Accommodation was beautiful and serviced well. Excellent food and service. Loved the Mangrove Adventure & Artisan's hut. The Spa was lovely. The staff could not be more helpful and respectful. Mrs. Olive Creed Check in-Arrival and welcome reception was excellent. Room upgrade is appreciated. Breakfast was good, hot good meals. The Rhu was outstanding, superb. Good Yoga sessions, very enjoyable. The Balinese massage was excellent. All the staff were very welcome, pleasant and professional. Excellent selection and quality of food throughout the resort. Although a vegetarian menu would be appreciated. We did not use the Spa however, the gym was excellently equipped. There is a good selection of activities. Best staff we have come across, always willing to meet our needs with a warm smile. Mr. Rames Bhiraji Check in / check out was very well organised and friendly. Nice, comfortable and spacious. The combination of a bath and shower is a big plus. Much diversity in food. There is something for everyone to taste. There were a lot of activities. All well organised and delivered. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Best resort we have ever been to. Recreation was fun. I liked it. Have not tried the Spa yet. The staffs were friendly, kind and really nice. Ms.Karmen To Check in / check out was Uncomplicated and Pleasant. The room was cool, Comfortable clean. Food and beverages were many choices. Recreation, we did not take part. The Spa was excellent and hotel staff was well trained. Excellent food at all restaurants. The Gym was nice, should have a stronger Air- con. Spa had nice service and offers. Very friendly staff. On the whole, It was a great resort. Mr. Lutz Allrecht 15) Check in well received. Check in was personal and friendly. Excellent room at Bayu Senja, comfortable. Eating here was a total gourmet's delight. Wonderful pools and the water sports were really good. Enjoyed the water-bike, kayak and catamaran. The Spa was a divine Experience. Friendly resort staff made the stay enjoyable. Excellent standard of food throughout and service exceptional. My wife thought her massage was the best she had experienced. Special praise for the managers of Sands and Saffron. Good chose of food and excellent quality. Did not use recreational facilities. Although the Spa treatment was good, but some people are allelic to some treatment. They should inform us in advance. The staff were consistently attentive, enjoyed my stay there. Mrs. V Khan Check in / check out - Everyone was very friendly and hospitable. Departure – procedure was very convenient especially because we check in late at night. The room was well set out and all the amenities were always replenished. The In- room dining was fabulous. Breakfest is of high quality with a great variety. Reception, no comment. The Spa staffs were very helpful and friendly. I felt very relaxed after the treatments. Most of the resort staff was friendly and welcoming. We look forward to coming back again. Our favourite was the Sands, because of the staff and food. Daily update on activities was very useful. The staff made our stay! Nothing was too much trouble, always friendly with smiles. They are huge asset to the resort. We loved the reading room – Great Atmosphere and loved the Classical music. Mr. & Mrs. Burns
