All good. Hotel promptly arrived at airport to pick us up and take to Resort. Water and towels are a nice touch.

Room very spacious and well appointed.

3 totally different restaurants a real treat. Plus 2 pool bars and reading room for afternoon tea. A great gateway from the sun.

Lots of things to do. Mangrove tour was terrific. Zoher was a fantastic guide with lots of detailed info.

Nice facilities but didn’t use services other than yoga class which is good to have available.

Staff was fantastic and super friendly. Special thanks to Leni, Gede, Zoher, Fendi, Ameran and Mr. Melvin for going out of the way to make us feel welcome and satisfied.

Overall the stay was fantastic! Love to have stayed longer and hope to return again soon.

We did the Mangrove tour which was excellent. Guide very knowledgeable and friendly. Prompt taxi arranged for 3 hours. Car comfortable and driver courteous.

Overall excellent. All with smiles & good mornings/evenings. All requests dealt with efficiently, probably right balance between attentive service and over the top – well done!

Layout of the Resort gave calm/relaxed feeling. Even when other people are around there are still plenty of room.

Lovely – gorgeous aromas and wonderful surroundings. Swedish massage and hot stone therapy were our favorites.

Fantastic – Gede, Akil, Dotor, Yuni and Dani at the Rhu and Sandy at the Sands and private BBQ. Also Riana at Concierge.
