1) Check in / check out Check in and out was good Rooms and transport also was good. room ware clean and spacious. The food was excellent. The recreation was great. Spa outstanding and the staff pleasant.

2) Check in / check out No comments. We thought the Room was good. it was good that you had a menu in Japanese. It was Helpful. Two pools were nice. The Spa, we did not use. Staff were Friendly and hospitable. Everybody said “Hi”

3) Check in / check out was alright. Rooms were clean and spacious. The view from the room was good. All the dishes were nice. The Atmosphere and theservice extended by the staff was good. We enjoyed playing table Tennis. Please keep this equipment for future use. we did use the Spa. It was our 5 th time of visit. Even though we have been here before, the staffs were still friendly.

4) Check in / check out was smooth. Pick up from Airport and extended checkout time was of great use. The rooms are lovely, large, Clean with quality deco. All dishes were delicious. Great to eat authentic Asian Cuisine. Good food. The Mangrove adventure was excellent.. Zoher is very Knowledgeable and helpful. The Spa was an Amazing experience. The staff were friendly, polite and always had a smiles.

5) Check in / check out It was excellent and nice. The guy who took care of us. Rooms ware nice, clean and specious. Plenty of space. The fruits and chocolates. we appreciated the Newspaper. Food was excellent, specially the Rhu restaurant and Sands. Good guide our Good guide we loved the tour, We loved to with R. Salleh &CECO – Mtersted for our recreation. Spa we did use. We felt the staffs was disciplined and caring for the guest. Merman Rasanna, we are so glad he got her. She gave a terrific time.
