Our arrival was very good arranged by good drive in new van. Accommodations were very nice with the little space to lobby. Asking for something was arranged immediately. Room cleaning was also very good. In restaurants food was very delicious and very good friendly service. Every day tiny little extra things is like ZEN ‘n' China – good for body and soul and good contact. The staff is always adequate and kind arranging. We shall make good advertisement for your marvelous resort in Holland . I think we or our children will come back. Friends also I hope.

The welcoming to the resort was lovely. Being shown around the room and having drinks waiting was excellent. Room was gorgeous, service very nice! Saffron restaurant was fantastic!!! We didn't have much time for recreational activities, but sea kayaking was great and Spa was wonderful! Staff could not have been friendlier. Fantastic! We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Arrival was very impressive and most comfortable. Accommodation excellent – couldn't be better.
All restaurants were excellent – very pleasant staff always obliging with a smile. Recreation activities were very relaxing, indoor pools atmosphere during rainy days was very welcoming. All staff was ever ready to satisfy our requirements. The holiday was rewarded with breathtaking landscapes and relaxing surroundings – thank you!

P.S. Our son Mr. M. Docrat spent honeymoon here on 2006 never stopped talking about how wonderful everything was of Tanjung Rhu Resort.

Very nice young man met us at the Airport and we had a very warm welcome on arrival. It was really 5 stars and we have been very happy with it. We have tried many of hotel food outlets and have been pleased with all of them.
Hotel staffs are all so pleasant, helpful and courteous. It has been a pleasure in meeting them all. They all seem so happy.It has been such a relaxing holidays! We will recommend it to our friends.

Arrival was very good and friendly. Felt welcomed with a personal touch. Accommodation was really wonderful – felt like I was royalty! All food outlets were excellent; the variety of dishes was nice. Recreational activities are very good – enjoyed arts and crafts. Spa was lovely and relaxing and all staff was very friendly, helpful and professional.Overall it was lovely experience.

We came with the ferry from Alor Star. Someone of the Rhu staff was waiting for us at the jetty in Kuah. So arrival was OK.Like first time (4 years ago) our accommodation was very good. Food in restaurants was nice, especially the Rhu and the Saffron. Recreational activities was nice, we did sea kayaking.

Arrival was perfect – very smooth pick up at the airport, the driver was friendly and polite. Being greeted again at the door of the hotel and check in at our room was lovely.
All the little touches were excellent. The room was also perfect, especially chocolates at turndown. Everything we ate the whole week was excellent. The atmosphere in the Sands and Saffron was great and the food was lovely, especially breakfast. We only really used the pools, but they were so beautiful and relaxing, we didn't need anything more. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. They could not have done more for us.

Great help and introduction to the resort. Also liked well arranged the bill and suitcase carriage. It is great resort with all visitors can ask for, very peaceful to become fully relaxed.

Our arrival and departure were very professional and kind. Room is nice and comfortable.Food is very good. Salad bar was a great idea at Saffron restaurant. We tried kayak – marvelous trip around the rocks and on the shores! Spa was also excellent.

Automatic room check in is a great idea! Room is spacious, neat and tidy. The king size bed was great. A control by bed head is great. Swimming pools are magnificent! Especially at Sands where the layout is total bliss. Tried the spa & massage three times – fantastic experience! What great staff you have here at this resort! Friendly, cherrful, helpful, fantastic people! The best resort we have been too so far & we have been to many all over the world.

Very prompt arrival, comfortable car and smartly dressed member of staff. Pointed out landmarks and places of interest – very impressed. The room is very spacious and airy, very clean. Food has been first class and the service has been superb. The staff is very friendly and is always happy to greet you.There is a wide range of activities to suit everybody of all ages. Have experienced very rejuvenating massages and the staff are very knowledgeable. Lovely service given and almost fell asleep during massages. Staff has been excellent, always smile and are always keen to share conversation with you.

Pick up at airport was well organized and transferring resort vehicle was good. Check in was quick and appreciated the ‘waiting room' until our room was ready.
Accommodations were fantastic! We had a great room with an ocean and garden view. Room was clean, service impeccable.All restaurants offered a variety of food and it was great to get the opportunity to dine at all 3. All staff was exceptional – very friendly and always ready to help out with anything that was requested.

Arrival at the airport, transfer to the resort and reception at the hotel were well arranged – smooth and friendly. We enjoyed our room and the large bathroom. Room make up was friendly and well performed. We enjoyed the Rhu and Sands with several buffets and beach barbeques and the pool side restaurants. Saffron was very friendly. All food was tasty and the variety good.
There were sufficient recreational facilities. The Mangrove tour was excellent.The spa treatments was good, we would like to thank Leela for excellent treatment.We compliment Tanjung Rhu for a very polite and friendly staff that was all helpful. We had no negative experiences. We admired the gardening work and the all present eyes of management. A golf chipping and putting area would suite any golfer.

Made to feel very welcome on arrival. Excellent room size – comfortable with excellent view and facilities. All of restaurants provided superb meals and service but the Rhu was exceptional, both in service, quality and presentation.It was plenty of recreational activities for us as we wanted a restful and peaceful holiday. The swimming pool facilities are excellent. It was very relaxing atmosphere and very professional staff in the spa. It was a pleasure to be surrounded by smiling, caring hard working guys and girls. They are all a credit the hotel and its management.

Our check in and check out has been done very smoothly. The porter who delivered our luggage was very nice. The room was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the dinners at Rhu restaurants. It was great! We enjoyed windsurfing and also we had 30 minutes massage in the spa. It was very good. All staff was very friendly and polite.

Well organized pick up from the airport. Efficient check in. Liked the idea of “in room” check in. Excellent accommodation – well maintained room, high standard of housekeeping, superb view, and great size of room. It was consistently very high standard of food and service in all restaurants. There was very knowledgeable guide on Mangrove adventure tour. Pool was excellent, water sport centre very good – everything you need for relaxing holiday. Staff was top class! Attentive, cheerful, charming. We have traveled extensively in the past 30 years and the quality of staff compares with the very best. Once again many thanks for a relaxing and most enjoyable stay. I would not hesitate to recommend your resort to friends.

Accommodation was perfect! Very quite, very clean. Good coffee in the room. Excellent food in restaurants. very kind and gentle service. Staff was always very nice, smiling and efficient. We spent a wonderful stay at Tanjung Rhu. After one week we are still as if we were dreaming – thanks to all the staff!
