It’s a little paradise. The rooms are very comfortable and beautiful. Beach = breathless. The garden are extremely beautiful and the whole design of the hotel is perfect!

Arrival was very quickly attended to, straight to room which was cooled and fresh scented oil burning, very nice experience.

All restaurants provided very friendly service, especially Rhianna – The Rhu, Leni-Saffron, and evening staff at Sands Pool.

Enjoyed archery and Mangrove Tour. Tour guide and driver made it a personal experience. Stopping and taking time to animal spot. Ara – was lovely.

Fantastic facilities, spent number of days having treatments, staff very welcoming and great at their jobs. Aralyn was especially good so we returned for a second massage with her.

All staff made it a lovely experience here. Al welcoming and friendly and talkative, we really appreciated their smiles in our day.

We paid for an upgrade to 505 – Sea view. It was excellent and very well maintained. Fantastic view.

Very good range and choice. We had breakfast in Sands. Huge choice and high standard. Saffron – Two good dinners there. Reading Room – Lovely drinks and afternoon tea. The Rhu – Exceptional . Food excellent, staff wonderful and service too!
Recreational
Enjoyed Mangrove Tour, nature walk, and garden walk with the ever enthusiastic, knowledgeable Zoher. Wonderful man. Had a hotel car to visit the island, cable car, waterfall, etc. Excellent!

High standard, great massages and facials. Relaxing, calm atmosphere.

What can we say. Excellent, exceptional, friendly, nothing too much trouble. Efficient, always a smile, the staff make the Tanjung Rhu what it is.
Other
Margaret was stung by a jellyfish and the staff were quick to react. Arranging a car to the clinic and Irene accompanied us there and to the hospital. Since then everyone has been concerned and helpful.

Lovely to be welcomed back as it is our second visit.

Outstanding-lovely view of the sea and gardens. Our room, public areas and gardens all kept beautifully.

This time we ate in all the restaurants – but for an evening meal our favourite is the Saffron. Lovely breakfast in the Sands Restaurant.
Spa
Had 1 treatment this time – It was very relaxing just what I wanted. The staff there were very attentive.
Staff
All your staff are a credit to you. All very helpful, friendly and attentive. Special mention to Yuriy at reception Raylyn at the Saffron and the boy that always seemed to look after us by the Sands Pool.

Very good. Fendi was our guide on the Mangrove Adventure Tour and Mountain Bike. It was excellent. Warm, friendly, fun & knowledgeable.

We felt like royalty. All staff is all smile, welcoming and appear happy to work here.
