1) Check in / check out ,On time, Smooth and good. Rooms clean. The colour was calming. Different Atmosphere at each restaurant. We were very happy with the facilities. It was easy to use the Kayak and gym. The spa was nice. The treatment relaxing and refreshing. Staff friendly and hospitable. Their smiles nice, we felt it represented the calm culture of the place. Mr. Hirohito Hattori 2) Check in / check out O.K. Rooms were always cool and comfortable. It was also clean and the decorations were good. Food was very thing and was delicious. Staff were friendly and hospitable. Everybody said “Hi” Mr. Williams 3) Check in / check out alright. Rooms, clean and spacious. The view from the room was good. All the dishes were nice at the restaurants. The Atmosphere and service extended by the staff was good. We enjoyed playing table Tennis. Please keep this equipment for future use. It was our 5 th time of visit. Even though we have been here before, the staffs were still friendly. Mr.Michio Miyazaki 4) Check in, nice and friendly welcome. Rooms clean and spacious. Good food. Variety of activates and excursions. Spa was very nice. Staff were friendly, polite and always with a smiles. Kesselmeter 5) Check in / check out - It was naturally done and pleasant. Rooms were good. Food was great and much choice in the morning. The services and facilities done around the pool and beach were good. Staff we felt the staff was disciplined and caring for the guest Mr.Takamitsu Sawamura 6) Check in - Good reception. Loved our room. We were at the Sands mostly, excellent staff very attentive and friendly. Facial and back massage and beauty above Saffron was nice. We enjoyed ourselves. Staff very impressive. Dr.Halina Haron 7) Check in was great, having it done in our room, rather then waiting in line at the reception. Rooms were Great, gave us plenty of room to relax in on wet days. Separate arrears made living special. All food was good. We enjoyed small potions at the Rhu The Pool is good. Had a massage – good work on my shoulders. Friendly staff and they remembered our names. Dr.Leonard Matthews 8) Check in We were welcomed with great hospitality. Felt like V.I.Ps. Room 706 was perfect. A good view of the beach, it was clean and spacious and well furnished. The food was simply fabulous. We dined at Saffron, The Sands and the beach (BBQ). Breakfast and in – room dining was also good. The mangrove tour was so good that we felt that the 3 hours trip wasn't enough for us. The guide was knowledgeable and accommodating. The Reflexology session was soothing and refreshing. We loved the rooms, because it was clean & spacious. We enjoyed ourselves because the food in each restaurant was tasty. We loved both the beach and the pool. Staffs, their smiles were wonderful and they were very kind. Mr. Akihiko Hayashi & Mrs. Lim Ho Hee 11) Check in / check out good. Room were cool and Comfortable. It was clean and the decorations were moderate. Food Choices were many and all was nice. The pool and the biking on the sea was fun. They were good; we felt that we were well – trained staff. Mr. Akinnori Motohashi 12) Check in / check out was smoothly done. We were in the Damai Room. It was spacious was cool and Comfortable. Amazing and the room facilities fantastic. All restaurants' dishes were nice. Rhu was wonderful and the Tirramisu at saffron was good. The Pool was wonderful. We have not so relaxed like this for so long in a Spa. Friendly and helpful staff, we appreciate it very much. Hitomi was a great help to us. She also replied to our e-mails. Ms.Kaori Ota 13) Check in / check out, all handled well. Rooms were excellent. The Good choice of international cuisine, Food served quickly. The all inclusive package was a big bonus. Good choice, plenty to do. Well informed mangrove tour. The guide was superb. 14) Check in / check out was efficient and timely. It set the tone and standard of our stay here. At last – a hotel with Air-Conditioning that is not overly cold or noisy. Excellent food. It was to easy to get carried away and indulge oneself. The Mangrove adventure was knowledgeable and the guide gave a worthwhile trip. Friendly and helpful, welcoming and courteous staff. Korsten 15) Check in / check out Superb-wonderful luxurious transfer and quick pick-up. Check-in was easy. The welcome refreshments set the tone for our stay. Room was excellent. Good choice of international cuisine. Food served quickly. Good choice. Plenty to do. The guide was good. The Spa was Lovely and professional. Friendly, healpful and courteous staff. Ms. Claire Follaw & Mr. John Metcalfe 16) The lift from the ferry was very pleasant and relaxing. The room was superb and the bathroom was even better, a very comfortable experience. Both the in- room dining and the restaurants were lovely, had an especially delightful experience in the Rhu. Had a great time out in the Kayak, water sport facilities were excellent. Didn't make use of the Spa on this visit. The staffs were pleasant and accommodating. They were always there to help in whatever way they could. Sara Doherty 17) Check in. Pick-up at Airport was good. Polite & careful driver, very Informative. Room check-in was handled efficiently. Rooms were excellent in every respect. Once again excellent food.
