Greet at the airport with friendly conversation and in-room guest check-in was excellent. A very high standard of room with a wonderful view in a beautiful environmentally laid out location. Service in restaurants was excellent with timely and very friendly service. We liked especially Rhu restaurant. There are many and varied recreational activities for all ages. We enjoyed the facilities of the Reading room very much. A delightful experience in the Spa which we both felt was totally relaxing and refreshing. Staff was very courteous and friendly at all time. When my wife took a turn staff were very helpful and attentive. Several staff the next day enquired after her health. The resort is the most tranquil holiday experience we have had and we had traveled the world extensively. Mr. Ross Madgwick A Japanese staff did check in for us and it was great help. Our room was clean and open. We liked daily fruits which were sent to the room every day. The food, portions and taste was very good in all restaurants. The view in Saffron was so beautiful, especially sunset was impressed. We found recreational facilities to be satisfactory. We could enjoy whole day in the resort, so no need to go out to the town. It was very good experience to have a massage together with my husband in a same room in the Spa. The staff always greeted us with smiles, it was grate. I left my purse at reading room but when I went to the reception to ask it next morning, they kept my purse there. Thank you very much! We would personally like to thank Fendi for an amazing Mangrove tour. He is a great character and very knowledgeable. Also Zoher on the Nature walk tour we learnt so much in 2 hours and we thank them both. We have spent 4 nights in the resort having dinner at the Rhu due to the friendliness and beautiful nature of hostess Riana. The staff is an asset to the Rhu whose friendly smiles made us feel very welcomed. And lastly Ardy in the Artisan Hut who made us a beautiful batik art work of the beautiful Tanjung Rhu scene, something that we will always remember. We felt a very warm greeting and surroundings in our room. We had every accommodation we need. We liked Saffron restaurant most. We also liked to have lunch in the Garden pool. Recreational activities were nice. We liked waterfall biking most of all. The choice of activities was to our satisfaction. Also we enjoyed Spa very much!! All staff in the resort has very respectful manners and always smiles. It made us very comfortable. It was our best vacations at the resort. Pick-up transfer from airport was excellent seamless experience allowing us to relax straight away. The room was outstanding. Especially we liked evening flowers and chocolate. Food was perfect – task sensation. In the Spa manages were a touch sensation – wonderful menu had manages like that before and the surrounding very relaxing and therapeutic. Mr.+Mrs. Vasek It is great having arrival procedures in the room itself – starts the holidays right away. Departure was very efficient and ideal being able to use our room upto when we were leaving. The room was lovely – very spacious, with outstanding views and lovely Jacuzzi bath. The food was excellent at all outlets. Staff were friendly attentive and personal at all times – remembering our names, the food we liked, wanting to chat about were we were from etc, etc. The seafood romantic BBQ at the beach was excellent! Bikes and sailing boats were great. Plenty of pools and beach to enjoy and escape from the other guests. Spa was heavenly and relaxing. One of the reasons we love coming here is the peace and tranquility and another is that it doesn’t feel like a hotel resort – it has a very “homely”, non corporate and personal feel, which will keep us coming back! Staff are very friendly and open. They make you feel welcome wherever you go. Mr. Robert and Ms. Veia Schaapsmeerders Arrival was great, very informative, relaxed and comfortable; loved the idea of been checked-in in our room as the air conditioning was on, it was lovely and cool. The Damai room was just lovely, great layout, decoration tasteful. We had everything we needed. Food was excellent. What a choice! Couldn’t fault anything. The menus were great, had a lot of options. Just wish we had another week to try more dishes! The Gym was great. My partner Aidan used it while I preferred Spa. He thought it was well set up, had the equipment he needed. Out of this world Gym as experience Aidan had the Body sorus and deep tissue massage and loved it. I had the foot treatment that was just fantastic. And we both had the arm massage - superb! We will come back again because of the service. The staffs are the team that we have never met before. Attention to deal is fantastic. We felt so special always. We wanted to stay somewhere with standard of excellence because it was our honeymoon. We wanted to be pampered and spoilt and not lift a finger. We got that service here. Departure not so good as we were leaving this lovely location Accommodation was definitely five stars and it adopted well for all the weather conditions – always comfortable to come back to of an afternoon. It was plenty of variety of location and exceptional variety of foods to pick from. Service was 100 % and always willing to satisfy its guests. BBQ is a great venue. We didn’t try any activities as we were relaxed and enjoyed being spoilt. We experienced spa treatments on arriving. It set the trend for relaxing five days. Girls were very helpful and did an exceptional job. Highly recommended. What do I say about the staff? They were all amazing, friendly and made us comfortable and happy. One of the resort’s big assets. I am glad we made the choice to stay here and it we had great honeymoon. Look forward to visiting again. Mr. & Mrs. Nathen Peckhem Our collection was prompt and the in-room check-in service with the Assistant Manager was a nice welcome to the resort. I couldn’t fault the room at all. Very comfortable. On a whole we found the quality of food outstanding – we ate at all three restaurants as well as the pool bars. Great selection of cuisine. All staff in the resort has been extremely friendly and helpful. We didn’t participating in activities, preferring to lie by the pool or on the beach and relaxing. Mr. Karl Prince
Check-in was made very easy; I like being taken straight away to our room. The room is first class. The food again was lovely and there is a great selection of dishes to choose from. I had windsurfing lessons and went sailing twice and enjoyed all experiences. The staff at the hut are lovely. My massage was brilliant and very relaxing. The staff were welcoming and very professional. All staff here are lovely and always say hello as I walk past. I haven’t met one member who wasn’t pleasant. I can’t wait to come back, I‘ve had a fantastic holiday. Ms. R. Hubbard
