The arrival and departure service worked excellent. We were picked up directly at the airport, and it is wonderful to be able to use the room until departure. The rooms were very well equipped and very well cleaned every day. We enjoyed all restaurants. Promptly service, fresh and tasty food and a good variety. We've used the tennis court and the boat frequently – and are content with the quality. Staff was friendly, service-minded and kind. The staff is one of the most important things for us when we decided to return to this hotel. Mr. and Mrs. Dolk In-room check in was great and efficient. Huge comfortable rooms. Very clean! In-room service prompt and very friendly. Very high quality food, made for great dining experience. The cave tour was a highlight of the stay! Very well informed and very friendly. Pools were great and spa was very good, clean and professional. All the staff at the Rhu is very friendly and professional. Very experienced such a warm and comfy welcome. Rooms are big and spacious. Loved the bath foam, shampoo and conditioner. Would love to buy it! Both the restaurants – Saffron and Sands – are perfect. Anwar is a very good chef; very accommodating to our need. Henry and Linda provided very good service. Chef Tajudding from Sands is very good cook. Spa was very relaxing, we enjoy it! We will definitely come back and please maintain the resort as it is. Miten Mehta Resort room was very good with all the facilities, bath slippers, slippers to use in the complex, great amenities and service! Great variety of food and an excellent quality. Very service-minded staff with great attention for the guests. They give you the feeling of fine holyday. Mr. Oosthout This is one of the best resorts I've been to. Room is very comfy and the well-manufactured garden. Facilities and the beach are just lovely! I enjoyed the food immensely here. They are all mostly wonderful dishes and plenty of variety. I would love to come here for my honeymoon someday! Masami Mustasa Very very good food!! Nice selection. Rhu restaurant is great! Spa is amazing and accommodation was perfect! Staff is incredible! Very nice, pro, always retaining you. Best regards to everyone! Luc Lebeau It was very good that the explanation about the resort was given neatly and in detail. The rooms were spacious and there were plenty of amenities. There were many to choose at buffet. We were happy we could choose from Chinese, Western and Japanese food. Dining was enjoyable because of its atmosphere. Also we were so impressed be the responses of the staff that were so kind! We felt strong as they asked us for anything we needed their help before we asked them. Ms. Yuko Sato & Ms Tamomi Komai Arrival and departure were excellent and personalized. Ms. Otter Accommodations were fantastic! We loved our room, it was always clean and well turned out. Arrival was excellent; the in-room check-in was quick and informative. All food was wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed every meal at each of the excellent restaurants and by the pool side. The food was delicious and excellently presented. The staff was incredible! All of them were amazing, my wife burst into tears when they started saying good bye. Mr. & Mrs. Bean Our flight is a night time, so we were worried about what to do after check out. Then the staff suggested late check out for us. I was grateful for their help. Thank you very much. The rooms was so spacious, we could relax. We had many choices and every dish tastes very nice. It was satisfied with the atmosphere at daytime and night time as well. It the SPA we could have a massage in open space. All the staff was kind and friendly. Their smile was wonderful. We took a walk in the morning and felt so comfortable. We would like to visit again! The lagoon swimming pool was excellent, for young children however as is nicely shaded. Very nice massage was in spa. Throughout the resort all staff excellent. So friendly and helpful, I can't praise them highly enough! Really made the difference to our stay! Very nice resort – just what we were looking for as a quite holiday. Bath room was spacious, and we could relax. At Sands Restaurant there are different breakfast menu every day so we really enjoyed it. There are Japanese staff in the resort every time, it made us fell relieve. We would like to visit here next time. It was wonderful resort which we wished to stay longer. All accommodation was perfect, very spacious and comfortable rooms. Lots of recreation activities choice and options, especially as most can be booked through concierge, so much easier and convenient. Great compliment to resort Spa that was highlight of our stay. Great service and experience. Everyone of staff was extremely friendly and helpful, excellent service throughout the resort. Overall we had a fantastic and relaxing experience here in resort. Excellent reception from the front desk & the other staff. Rooms are as comfortable and complete as always. Great amenities and service in the spa. The staff is beyond words – best ever in Malaysia and of international standards – makes us proud to have such service in Malaysia – which is very very rare.
