Very friendly and welcoming arrival. Transfer was well organized and driver was great. Very good introduction by the staff to room and resort. The accommodation was always clean and maintained. Little things like chocolates and turning bed down was great. Fruits in room was great. Outstanding food and service. Staff really cared and took time to know us. Choice was exceptional. We only did bike ride for recreational activities and really enjoyed it. We just wanted to relax so it was the pools for us and they were superb. The spa was awesome. It was so relaxing after the stress of the wedding. They were helpful, friendly, professional and wonderful. Leela, Evelyn, were great and really looked after us. Your staffs were excellent. They were all wonderful and made our stay magical for us. Royal Strings band were the best. They suit the ambience reward them well! Paul Hill & Ali Jones The arrival and departure was good. In particular the departure and Yuri helping my husband to airport and making sure there was a wheelchair. Breakfast was really good. Food at pool bar was good too. Staffs were excellent. Especially Yuri and the pool staff who helped my husband to the hospital. Yuri was really good and really helped my husband. He was very attentive, polite and funny. All of the staff were very attentive to the children and made sure they enjoyed their stay. Crane We had a very warm welcome by the GM and staffs with one manager each assigning us to our room. The accommodation was very comfortable for us. Wonderful dining and delicious foods from the outlets. We had a lot of fun from the recreational activities available. A most pleasant and relaxing treatment from the spa. The staffs were very warm, courteous and attentive. It was a most wonderful holiday shared by the family in Tanjung Rhu Resort. The music in the room made us feel calm and forgot about all the tiredness during the journey. Sumi explained everything very well. The accommodation made us feel more like home. There were only good food, good drinks and good services from your outlets. There were varieties of recreational activities. Even my children enjoy it very much. Very friendly and helpful staffs. The room was spacious, the environment was excellent, I could relax, and enjoy my stay. I was so glad that I could have hi-tea while reading a book in the room from which I could view the sea. I had good food from the outlets. Massages from the spa was great. Yuzuru Endo Check in upon our arrival was quick and efficient. The accommodation was very good and comfortable. Food and services from the outlets were excellent. The staffs make this super hotel absolutely fabulous. Thank you to Riana and Kristina (Reading Room), Julie (Sands bar), Sriged (The Rhu), and Burghari (Pool Bar). I walk on the tracks and this has to be the worlds best kept secret. Mr & Mrs. Cotterill Great service on arrival at Langkawi Airport. Air-conditioned vehicle was wonderful. Our room was perfect, more than we expected. The large bed, bath and day bed was great. The three restaurants were all great. We loved eating at Saffron on the deck. Breakfast at the Sands was beautiful. The staff at the water sports hut were very kind and helpful. Our only complaint would be that the days pass too quickly. Bayu Senja room was excellent. Very comfortable. And it has first class shower. All standard and quality of food were very good. We very much appreciate the opportunity of choosing which venue in which to eat. Service always first class. The jacuzzi and steam rooms appreciated. All the staffs every level are quite excellent. It was great that we were sent straight to our room and been given drink and cold towel. The accommodation was in very good standard and always very clean. Foods were all very good. Mr. Chong Han Wah & Foo Ee-Leen & child We started our holiday with your kindness upon check-in. Cahaya room was spacious and clean, we satisfied with the room. We also enjoyed fruits everyday. Every restaurant is clean and food was excellent. Especially, we were very satisfied with food and chefs kindness at the rhu. I did not get bored at all even I spent time whole day in the resort. The Rhu restaurant is especially good. All of the staffs were exceptional. On one of the occasion we were caught in the rain without an umbrella. Every member of the staffs we met offered us theirs. Excellent service upon our arrival. I was especially impressed with the personalized check-in, how Linda listened to our needs and requirements. Also staff through the resort was very well presented. Accommodation was very comfortable. The food were always well presented and not once a hick-up with our orders. We made use of pools and complimentary mangrove tour. Very satisfied with both.
