Although we arrived quite late at night, driver was waiting for us and took us straight to the room which was very relaxing.

The room was beautiful and cleaned.

I booked for all inclusive package so I used all restaurants and pool bar as well. There are lots of choices so it was easy to order. I was really satisfied.

I could feel high quality of this hotel. All staff was kind, smiling at all the time and polite.
Especially, two Japanese staff was always there, thank you very much for your help.

We booked the bigger room than last time. Room is spacious, facilities are good. It was comfortable.

All restaurants were very good. I remembered I dined at the Rhu Restaurant and food was very nice. We went to Rhu twice and it was satisfying very much. We also enjoyed BBQ dinner on the beach. Sunset was beautiful. Dining in nature made us relax very much. We were impressed by staff service, staff was very kind.
Spa
For the first time, I took massage here. It was very nice, I have taken massage in Japan too but it was the first to take massage in nature. I relaxed very well.

I think staff are very kind as I felt last time. They are very friendly, have nice smile, they seem they know what guest want. Because of them, I would like to come back here again.

It was second visit for me, I recommended Tanjung Rhu Resort to my friend, and then we decided to come here together. She was also satisfied very much. Weather was not really good, but Hotel was still nice. Last time, I pointed out minibar was not cold, but there was no problem this time. My friend recommended me to come here 3 years ago, that is why I come here. I’d love to come back again. Thank you very much. All Inclusive Package is very nice. This is also the reason why I choose this hotel. I an looking forward to receive your service again.

Numerous, we were happy enjoying the sea and swimming in the pools. The cooking demonstration was excellent. Will definitely try the hot pot during the winter months.

The staff at Tanjung Rhu were the friendliest and warmest we’re come across, particularly staff at Sands were just so lovely and welcoming.

Tanjung Rhu is the best resort we have ever stayed at previous holidays we have been at Taj Exotica Hotels, Banyan Tree Hotels, Sarojin Khao Lak, Annanda Spa India, Raffles Hotels etc. The location is absolute paradise with the beach being so clean and inviting. The privacy and seclusion of the resort is a major strong point as is the layout and the grounds, which are a credit to the hardworking and friendly ground staff. The food (we had the all inclusive package – best idea!) was fabulous with a great and diverse selection of dishes. Being Muslim, we greatly appreciated your extensive non alcoholic drinks menu, particularly the fruit cocktails. Staffs at Sands were particularly warm, friendly and very accommodating of any meal requests. We also ate at Saffron in the evenings and couldn’t imagine better service or a more spectacular view. Housekeeping staff were also lovely and did an excellent job. All in all, we can’t thank you enough for creating such a beautiful resort; the staffs are all fantastic, the food delicious and the locations second to none. We will definitely be returning within the next 6 months. Tanjung Rhu Resort is now our favorite holiday destination!
