1)Accommodation was very comfortable, excellent wash-room - clean. Credit to the staff. F & B Very good indeed. Recreation & Activates – Very Good service. Our Honeymoon, excellent. Staff friendly, Management exceptional. Housekeeping staff were professional and friendly. My father has lived in Sabah for 45 years. It's been ten years since I have here. Your staffs are very kind and friendly and genuinely love their jobs. My wife and I are both in the hotel business in the U.K and France and appreciate the way we were treated. Fantastic team. 2) Arrival was good- especially the explanation about the Resort. It was much appreciated. Loved the Rooms always kept nice and clean. F & B was good. I did not use the recreation much but had a perfect trip to the mangrove. The SPA had a great variety of treatments. The resort staffs were kind and smiling all the way through. Mr. Corsten Drud 3) Very good services for pick-up at the airport, comfortable car. Rooms were good as expected. The entire restaurants were excellent. Great food and good choice. Did not do any recreation activities or use the SPA. Staffs were professional and friendly. Mrs. Sorrenti Valter 4) Arrival was excellent room perfect. Great selection of food, Saffron and the Rhu are particularly our favourites. The staffs were polite, friendly and made us feel welcomed. Great programmes of events. Very professional staff at the SPA. Overall a memorable stay. Mr Gill & Anne Cliff 5) Francis was lovely, in room check-in was fabulous and the welcome cake beautiful. Room very spacious, clean and the chocolates every night – loved it. Used the Kayaks, its was lots of fun. Words cannot describe the atmosphere of the SPA, best ever. A special mention to Henry and Sandy at the Sands Bar, good and skilled people. Waivi at the Sands restaurant is also fabulous and fun. Thank you all for a friendly and good time. We will be back. Mr. & Mrs. Dennis 6) Very nice, got received at the airport and check-in our rooms. Room was very nice and all the amenities were just great. We tried the Saffron and Sun-set Bar, they were outstanding with courteous services. The activities, we did not try but the SPA was outstanding, great massage. All staff were gentle and welcoming. Thanks a lot. Mr. Alsiyebi Saleh & Mrs. Rie Yamada 7) We were very apprehensive of the pick-up service from the airport because we did not give any arrival time, but someone was there waiting for us. Very nice and proper rooms. The food was really good. We enjoyed a wonderful massage at the SPA. The staff was always very nice. Thanks for the wonderful services. Ms. Kaponek Pia & Barbara 8) Arrival – Excellent staff, very helpful and made us feel welcomed and special. Room was superb the view to the sea, and islands was breathtaking. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom Facilities were perfect. The Rhu was by far the best experience we have had. Saffron is a great dinning experience also. – We had our lunch mostly here. SPA was good value with professional staff. The staff – we could not have asked for a better group of people to look after our needs. They made our trip special. Mr. & Cocm Herlihy 9) Very efficient pick-up from airport and excellent check in service. Clean and tidy accommodation. The Sunset bar had lovely food and staff. The sands restaurant- we ate there every night. The food was excellent and the staff good and extremely friendly. Had a manicure at the SPA and had a lovely chat with the girl who did my nails. A Very friendly and helpful staff, always there to assist you. A very relaxing time. This is now our second visit to Tanjung Rhu and I am sure we will be back. Mrs Nikki Gladding & Ms. Denise Hill 10) Arrival - Well Organised, friendly welcome and personal. Good Room. Good variation and good food. Beautiful pools and beach. Did not use the SPA. Recreational activities were also very good, but we need to leave a special thanks to Mr. Zoher who took us through the Mangrove adventure in the morning. More then an exceptional guide. The SPA is 5 stars rating. Our thanks to all the staff for their kindness and our congratulations. A top team. As it was our honeymoon, we are thankful for having everything flawless. All restaurants' services were good, and the taste was nice and the service from the staff was also good. The Nature Walk and Biking was fun. We have a good impression of the staff as they were friendly to us. Mr Asami & Ms. Natsumi Imai 13) Room was very good. The cosmetic mirror was convenient as I found it was easier to do make up. Both the bathtub and the shower were easy to use. All dishes in the restaurants were tasty and nice, especially the Rhu. We tried the Foot Massage and it was nice, Next time we would like to try a full body massage. Kind staff with wonderful smiles. Will tell my friends about Mr Kunio & Mrs Yuko Iwata 14) Well organised, able to stay until 18.00 hrs. Smooth because our fight was leaving at 20.25 hrs. Perfect room everything we needed was there and the Espresso machine was a nice bonus.Perfect room. Everything we needed was there. I have never some much chooses to make in foodfor breakfast. Services is good. We did make use of any recreation or activities. Mr. Pooaman S.E 15) It was great that we could check-in the room. It was easy, especially after a long flight. We din not about the check-out time, but when we asked, they extended the time as mush as they could. Perfect room with consistency in furniture. The sea View was good. CDs, DVDs, Mosquito repellent and Hi-Fi were great. The atmosphere of the restaurants was wonderful and the services from the staff was superb. It was wonderful that we could borrow CDs and DVDs. The Spa's natural environment was great. The service from the staff was also wonderful. The resort staff were good, especially Francis was kind to us. Thank you very much. It is good and kind. Comfortable room with full privacy. Good food but would have a simple menu. Appreciate the activities. Staff were very helpful and professional. Ms Takako Okamoto 16) The Checking –in an out was very professionally handled. Excellent accommodation. The recreation and activities were well controlled. Excellent food preparation and presentation, a delightful experience. Recreation was well catered for. Staff were always there to help in whatever way they could. Thanks to Zainudin Daud Ms. Bliss 17) Very Good service, on time and extremely courteous. Spacious room, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Friendly and courteous service throughout my stay. The Mangrove tour was enjoyable and informative. Our guide was superb and us. The SPS was wonderful - need I say more. Can't praise everyone highly enough- lovely, friendly people. Mr. & Mrs Kirby 18) Arrival was a very smooth & compressive experience. Room is well decorated. The service at the food outlets was Excellent however some of the Malaysian signature dishes should have been included in the Sands restaurant's menu. Staff are very well trained and friendly. 19) Transfer was very comfortable. We were made to feel so welcomed. The room we had was superb. Exactly what we were looking for. The food was first class in all the restaurants and bars. There is too much to mention about activities. We played Tennis, went on to archery, canoeing, Swam, went Biking and then the games room. It was great. Then we were so relaxed and rejuvenated at the SPA after our treatments. We can honestly say that the staff are the friendliest, most helpful, warm and genuine we have come across in the world. Mr. & Mrs Dermot & Georgina Martin 20) The check-in and the explanations were given very politely. Rooms were good as it was spacious and clean. Food was good at all restaurants and tasted nice. There were many to chooses from. We did not use much of the recreation facilities, but the RR was a good facility. WE received facial massage and that was really good.
