Arrival procedure made us feel very welcome. A beautiful room, with every facility and comfort. Superb food & beverage outlets. Wonderful swimming pools! The Mangrove adventure was especially enjoyable. The staff was delightful!! The best ever in all our travels over many years. Fendi, “The Teacher” was a character we warmed to. Emily Wood Very easy check-in. The room was spacious, well-equipped and the bed very comfortable and luxurious. Beautiful views and wonderful bathroom. Sands was our favourite. The food was very good, the manager Mr. Rezak very nice and helpful. Very good local traditional music one night. The pools were brilliant. We had a nice fishing trip and visit to the mangrove swamp. Very good treatments at the salon. Next time we will try the Spa! Everybody was very helpful and friendly – especially the waiting staff at Sands. The room cleaners were very sweet and efficient too. A very beautiful place, the rooms and grounds are beautifully done so that you feel at one with nature. I shall miss the sound of the ocean and birds. The staff in all restaurants was very nice and the food was good. I enjoyed the pools and the Spa. The staff was friendly and always with a smile. I found the private beach very good, also very different from Hawaii where I have been many times. I would like to come again with my husband and children. Ms Takako Murakami After 16 hours of traveling it was a joy to check-in in our room. The cold drink and cool towel was just lovely. The room was great. So large. How lovely to have bath salts in the room as well as all the bathroom items. We ate in all the restaurants and all the food was great. Rendang Tok and the baked mango cheese cake are just so yummy! The pools were all well kept. The fish and eagle feeding was so much fun. What wonderful staff you have. So friendly and helpful. Everyone would say hello to us and make us feel so welcome. Thank you for making our first time overseas and our honeymoon so very special. We can’t wait to come back again! Room is a good size and well-presented. Very comfortable bed! House-keeping is perfect. All food was of a very high standard. Fantastic curry at the Sands! The Rhu restaurant was very enjoyable – waiting staff was first rate. Sailing and kayaking was good – good to have this available at no charge. We had the signature massage –wonderful! Tanjung Rhu totally lived up to our expectations, the views were fantastic, peaceful and quiet, excellent food, friendly, warm and efficient staff. We also went bike riding to the waterfall and our guide was brilliant and horse-riding which was my friend’s dream. Thank you very much for a wonderful last week to our 3 week holiday and we would definitely re-visit. Michelle King
