Ebau gave us a first class bike ride which was very informative. The tour of the Mangroves was very special through having Zoher as our guide.

Exceptional. We have found all staff to be professional, personable, proficient but above all friendly! We have missed some staff that are no longer at TRR and met many new staff who has been equally kind and willing to make our staff enjoyable and memorable.
Having stayed at TRR on three previous occasions, we are happy to say that our fourth visits has been just as enjoyable as before. Often, the ‘danger’ of returning to a resort can be disappointing , when finds things less efficient, or less friendly or less well maintained etc. NOT at TRR, the experience just gets better!! We have not found one aspect of our stay to be any less enjoyable than before and we credit the management with their desire to keep standards high (especially staff training). We wish to name several staff who have shown excellent service at this resort but would add that in reality, without exception, all staff are of first class standard:
Adnan – very helpful with regards to promoting your recreational programme.
Fendi – excellent guide on our nature/garden walk. Knowledgeable and good company – always smiling.
Ridhwan – Sands Pool, jolly, fulfilled and humorous.
Leni – Sunny disposition and intelligent.
Siswono – Very polite and attentive.
All these are new ‘friends’ this visit – worth team members!
Samberi – for his keen interest in making our culinary experience so good. He and his team are outstanding!

It is very good. There are 3 swimming pools. I like to read in the Reading Room. I have a great time there seeing the sea and white beach.

I was interested in it very much but I was unable due to my health condition, so I didn’t try it. I believe Spa will be more important for resort hotel in future as well.

Their hospitality is great! Excellent! They are polite and friendly and always smiling. Joe from the room service was kind. They are all nice even though I can’t speak English.
